Teeth, only good if you look has been created for lifetime usage. Elderly people at least young people should look at the teeth. Good dental health is a sign of overall health is good.

Dental and oral problems are usually somewhere else in your body is the first signs of discomfort. Osteoporosis (osteoporosis), heart disease and diseases such as diabetes usually first manifests itself as dental problems.

Dental problems are showing some signs of:

* Bleeding gums.
* Chronic bad breath smelling.
* Always a bad taste in your mouth.
* Chronic dry mouth caused by drugs.

If you have any dental problems you need to do:

* One or two times per year go to the dentist.

* Eat Less cold drinks.
* Brush your teeth more frequently.
* Make sure what you are eating, unhealthy diet, lead to unhealthy teeth and gums.

To maintain your oral health:

* Eat fewer sweets and sugary foods.
* Do not forget to floss.
* Calcium-rich foods to eat several times a day.
* Avoid smoking and limit alcohol.
